The wireless speakers aren’t working quite right. They don’t know why. We’re guessing they didn’t read the instructions that discuss what the purpose of a stand is.
This looks like a job for the cleaning crew, not tech support. We’re just wondering how they haven’t figured out it’s not a touch screen after about ten thousand attempts.

They forgot it on top of the car and drove on the highway. We understand that there might be something important on the hard-drive, but tech support workers are humans, not gods.

Yep, someone unplugged something. Even worse, they plugged it back in somewhere else. No one knows where the plug came from or where it went. All they know is that the office internet no longer works.
