The bond between owner and dog is far greater than any material possession. It’s a connection that can only be compared to a child and parent. This is why this woman was completely heartbroken when her puppy was stolen from right under her nose. She’s beyond overjoyed when two police officers return her pooch unharmed and her reaction is touching hearts all over.

Ruby, is a chocolate lab puppy who was just hanging out while her mom ran into the store. By the time her owner came back out, her car had been stolen with the pooch inside
It was the same, quick in and out stop at the store that people with dogs do every day. Unfortunately, this time was different. Puppy, Ruby, was minding her own business and was even inside of her crate but the thieves decided to take the whole car.
The dog’s owner was riddled with guilt and sadness, with no idea if she’d ever see her beloved pooch again. She called the local police and reported the car and puppy stolen. In reality, she could have cared less about the car, it was her chocolate lab that she was desperate to have returned.
Luckily, Detectives Albanese and Morell, from the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department, were determined to find Ruby
After some rigorous detecting, they managed to track down the puppy and the would-be thieves. Still, Ruby’s owner had no idea if she’d ever see her puppy again.
Until one day, she got the knock on her door that she had been praying for.
The two detectives showed up with an amazing surprise! Not only had they tracked down Ruby, but they also managed to get her crate back too
Ruby’s owner couldn’t believe it, her puppy that she loves so much was right behind the door with the police officers who had tracked her down. The owner could care less about the crate, car, or anything else inside of the vehicle, as long as she had Ruby!
Upon seeing her puppy on the other side of the door, the owner couldn’t contain herself, she started doing a happy-dance that has people on Facebook cracking up.

As soon as she saw her puppy, the owner starts jumping with joy, but she’s not the only one who’s excited. Ruby can’t contain herself either, the chocolate lab leaps into her owner’s arm and begins licking her face uncontrollably. The dance she does will have you rolling on the floor in laughter.
It’s obvious that these two have a great bond, with the scary ordeal over the owner squeezes her tightly and dances while rocking back and forth screaming.

Almost a thousand people have liked, loved, or laughed at the touching reunion, many leaving comments for the grateful owner and her pup, while 158 people have shared it so far.
“That’s amazing I don’t know who’s happier. Lol. She is just so excited and then look at puppies tail. How awesome. I know how I felt when I lost my boy. I searched for a week and finally found him. It was the best feeling.” Said one Facebook user.
