In talent shows like the popular X-Factor the judges evaluate the contestants overall performance, stage appearance, originality, personality, audience impact and others.

Students from Granbury Highschool made a perfect copy of OK Go’s music video Here it goes again. Although a parody is not really original, it is fun and hilarious enough to make the audience roar and enough for the judges to give them a passing score.

Weird but they rock!

OK Go is an alternative rock band based in Los Angeles California. The band is widely known for its cool one-take videos. Their music videos are unusual, hilarious, weird and super cool at the same time.

They have a video when they are riding on an SUV while they purposely hit pianos, chimes, and other musical instruments to create music. The band is also a master of graphic arts as they showcased their mastery of that craft in most of their videos.

The band is composed of Damian Kulash (lead vocals, guitar), Andy Ross (guitar, keyboards, and vocals), Dan Konopka (drums and percussion) and Tim Nordwind (bass guitar and vocals). The band’s Here It Goes Again won a Grammy Award for Best Music Video in 2007.

OK Go performed the music video of their song Here It Goes Again while dancing on treadmills. The four students in Granbury Highschool made sure to seamlessly perform the stunts just like what the band did.

They went up and under, running around, switching places, crouching, walking, dancing, exercising, everything you can think of doing in a treadmill.

And the crowd goes wild

Since the beginning of their performance, the four students already “Wowed” the crowd. You can clearly hear loud cheers from other students in the background.

You might be wondering, how many practice sessions did they actually do before they performed this on stage? They might have tried to do a lot of trial and error sessions before doing the actual performance. Well, whatever practice they did it paid off, big time!

Their parody video on youtube already reached six million views and that number will continue to rise even more every day.

These four boys are the perfect examples of hard work. Even if they just mimicked the whole video, dancing on treadmills is no joke, you might injure yourself in the process. Matt, Hieu, Ian, and Stephen moves one step forward to being future stars or stage performers.
