Besties, work spouses and other fun friendships are a joy to embrace. These relationships power people through Wednesday hump day all the way to the weekend. Then there are the tried and true soulmates, friends through thick and thin who can’t bear to be apart for long.

Maxwell and Finnegan are simply inseparable. They are described as “partners in crime” by their parents and are the cutest little guys ever.

When Maxwell’s dad Michael Cisneros went for a stroll with the two-year-old, they ran into Finnegan out for a walk with his dad. The boys hadn’t seen each for a whole two days; a mere 48 hours but it apparently was just too much time away from each other.

As soon as the Maxwell and Finnegan spy each other, they race toward their buddy with that typical toddler side-to-side waddle, exuberance oozing from their outstretched arms, their little legs moving just as quickly as they can.

They giggle and scream “yay!” before throwing their arms around each other.

The boys embrace wholeheartedly, two besties thrilled to see each other. Because remember, it had been a long 48 hours that they had been apart.

After sharing a huge hug, Finnegan pointed at the yellow truck toy clutched in Maxwell’s hand. Then they turn and head off down the sidewalk, one buddy gleefully chasing the other down the sidewalk. Their happiness at being in each other’s company is clearly evident.

Michael captured the encounter on the New York City sidewalk. He can be heard in the video saying, “My friend you are just adorable.” He shared it on Facebook where it has gone viral.

“This is just so beautiful. Finnegan + Maxwell= besties!!! If we could all be like this. It’s Thursday. These two haven’t seen each other since Tuesday. So many feels, it’s beautiful. So thankful.”

The boys not only enjoy playing together, but share numerous interests including dancing in music class. When they are not together, they constantly ask about their good friend.

That prompted both sets of parents to make sure the boys get to hang out whenever the families are free. The boys enjoy barbecues, playtime at the park and tennis lessons together.
