Prepare your various ingredients and have them nearby. This recipe is a speedy one and you’ll need to add in the ingredients as you go, so it’s useful to have everything measured out in advance. To begin, put the thinly sliced steak into a big bowl and dry off any excess moisture with some paper towels.
