He often gets separated from his family including his mom and dad. So when he had a homecoming, he wanted to surprise his parents.
Unfortunately, he failed to do so.
It was because of changes in his prior plans and some missed flights. Sailor Junior Lopez thought that he would no longer be able to surprise his parents. So imagine his dismay about it.
Little did he know that there’s something better that would happen as he gets to the airport.
It turns out that his parents were the ones who prepared something special for him.
The start of the emotional moment.
As he arrived at the airport, he was immediately welcomed by his loved ones but his parents were not there yet. The ladies even asked him to give his message to his parents and let them know that he had arrived in San Diego.
Without him knowing, his parents were already behind him and they were ready to surprise him.
As Lopez was telling his parents that he was back via video message, he heard a whistle that’s very familiar to him.
That sweet sound caught his attention and made him look behind him.
It’s a whistle from his mom and even before, his mom would always do that whistle to call the attention of his children.
When Lopez heard that special whistle, that was also the moment he saw his parents approaching him while wearing their beautiful smiles. Lopez immediately turned emotional and didn’t miss the chance to give his parents warm hugs.
Even his parents were not able to hold back their tears. It was an extremely sentimental moment. It would definitely touch many hearts.
