We’ve all heard airline horror story in the headlines recently. In addition to being accused of jacking up prices and overcharging customers, airlines have been accused of seriously mistreating their paying customers.

One woman claims she was raped on an American Airlines flight and was mistreated by staff when she was thrown back in a middle seat where she bawled in embarrassment.

Another man claims that he was arrested for making a terroristic threat while booking a US Airways flight when commenting that a policy of separating passengers from their bags seemed like a dumb security risk and asked: “What if someone had a bomb in there?”

A woman who had diabetes and couldn’t eat oatmeal says she asked for eggs instead and then was taken off the plane when it landed by TSA agents for causing a “disturbance.”

And there’s also the man who was charged with making a bomb threat after asking American Airlines management to help him get his medicine out of his carry-on bag.

Some airlines and their employees seem to think they have the right to abuse their power and their passengers. But this report from a Japan airline is a little less cruel.

The story was posted on 9GAG and claims that one airline decided to belittle one of their customers. A man, who paid extra for a window seat, was on a flight to Japan.

He was upset when his window seat didn’t have a window. Instead, he was looking at a blank cabin wall. His seat wasn’t aligned with a window, despite that fact that he paid extra for a view.

He reportedly demanded that he be moved to another row. Unfortunately, there wasn’t anywhere else that he could be moved to. The flight attendant then allegedly came up with a solution.

9GAG reports that a flight attendant drew a picture of a window and clouds on a piece of paper and taped it to the blank wall where the window should have been. It is unknown whether or not the man found it amusing or not.

That Tweet ended up going viral. However, the translation of the Tweet tells a different story.

It shows a sleeping man next to the picture with the caption, “Since the seat without the window, the neighbor’s brother put down a complaint to CA, I wrote the landscape of the sky and pasted it www.”

It seems to suggest that the person who posted picture is the one who drew and hung it up. It’s unclear if she is a flight attendant or member of airline staff. It is unknown if the man gave his consent to appear in the photo. You can see the original Tweet below.
