The best friendships are the unlikeliest friendships and in this video, we see a duo that is not only highly unlikely but extremely cute. This is the story of Rosie the kitten and Lilo the husky, a pair of animals with an extremely high bond.
Rosie’s story is one that starts a little sad, but soon turns to the bright side
Rosie was rescued at the tender age of two weeks old in San Jose, California, and the first few weeks were very hard. She wasn’t taking in food very well and things weren’t looking the best. Then, the idea came to them to put Rosie with the recently out of surgery Lilo and the miracle began.
They would cuddle for hours and Rosie began to suckle on Lilo and was finally taking milk! Not long after this, she was a brand new kitten and they swear it is from the love of the husky. Lilo continued to care for Rosie like she was her own and soon became her protector.
As her health increased, so did her confidence, and soon she was playing with Lilo in the park and joined her husky pack. Lilo and Rosie go on many adventures together and show how even though they’re complete opposites, opposites attract.
Rosie and the Huskies are definitely a pack that will make anyone’s day better
Although Rosie and Lilo are the best of friends, Rosie did join Lilo’s husky pack and you can follow them on Instagram. All of their pictures and videos are cuter than the least, and they even have a website to stay up to date with the pack and their cool adventures.
Their adventures vary from kayaking, paddle boarding, hiking and it’s funny to see a cat join along with the huskies in these extravaganzas. Rosie goes in her harness and leash just like the huskies and she even pants the way they do, and it is so adorable.
Another thing that makes the story so unbelievable is that usually, huskies aren’t technically the most friendly to cats or by any means motherly. However, that isn’t because huskies are mean by any means but see cats as their prey, like in the animal kingdom.
The bond Rosie and Lilo share is an unbreakable one and will warm your heart
Their story is one that shows how friendship can bring even the unlikeliest animals together. on their website, they even write,
“If everyone loved the way Lilo & Rosie did, there would be no evil in this world.
Their message to everyone: Love does not see with the eyes, but with the heart!”

Rosie is definitely the cutest cat that thinks she is a dog ever and it’s nice to see her so healthy and so happy. Lilo and Rosie have such a beautiful story and we hope these unique friends have a long, exciting life together.
