That’s what I call friendship! <3

This is Bailey. Bailey is a good boy. But aren’t all golden retrievers?

He’s lucky enough to live in a home with two adorable rabbits, Sam and Charlotte. I’m loving the human names for all the pets in the house.

In their free time, the three like to get cozy on the bed (their human’s bed, no less!) for some cuddle time. These guys are living the pet dream.

Who would have thought – but rabbits make great pillows. That’s right, pillows.

Well, at least for dogs. Please don’t try this at home with your own head. And maybe make sure your dog is a gentle giant before releasing any innocent, adorable rabbits into your home.

Bailey uses the warm, fluffy bunnies as a place to lay his head, looking as cute as any good pup I’ve ever seen.

Look at those puppy dog eyes!

Sam and Charlotte seem to be loving the cuddle time too, and are calm and cozied right up to Bailey.

I’ve never seen a rabbit so still, usually they’re timid and bouncing off the walls!

This little budgie looks like he wants some camera time too. The whole fam is hanging out together. How many different species live in this house?!

And why can’t we all get along like these four unlikely friends?

Bailey even sometimes gives these little bunnies a bath. He really takes care of as if they were his own babies. Such paternal instinct!

I wonder if he’ll be confused when they never grow into full-sized golden retrievers like himself…

After the bath there’s a little readjusting, or pillow fluffing, and Bailey has his head back over the perfectly places bunnies.

It’s nap time!

Golden retrievers are known for their gentle nature, which is why they’re such a popular choice for families with children.

After watching this video: I can confirm this is a scientific fact.

They’re one of the most popular breeds in the world, and a quick Instagram search for #goldenretrievers will pull up more than 21 million posts! Which is crazy compared to a similar search for a breed like #labradorretriever, which has 8 million tags.

That’s an endless amount of scrolling pics for adorable pups like Bailey!

Golden retrievers are also wonderfully responsive to training, which includes training them to stay calm around other animals.

I know the dog I grew up with never would have been able to handle this… and she was half-golden!

He even lifts his back leg for the little budgie as if to offer it another place to cuddle. The budgie looks almost interested, but remains at a distance just to be safe.

Bailey has another video showing off his discipline… after some time running in circles before finally calming down.

His owners have recorded a great trick where he sits patiently while that little blue budgie sits on his head!

You can watch that video here, after checking out this wholesome video of Bailey and his bunnies below.

Shareably is not responsible for you getting sucked into a prolonged watch cycle of This is Bailey on YouTube. And I should warn you, it’s high-risk.

But since there’s not that much else to do right now, you can binge guilt-free.
