Couple Draws Crowd With Mesmerizing Floor Piano Performance

When we think of people playing the piano, we tend to assume it’s with their hands, but that’s not always the case. These two musicians play ‘Phantom of the Opera’ on a massive floor keyboard, using only their feet to deliver a stunning version of the famous classical masterpiece.

Two talented musicians use their feet to play ‘Phantom of the Opera’ . . . on a giant floor keyboard.

It’s hard enough learning to play the piano using your hands, so when it comes to playing with your feet it’s almost unbelievable. This duo is amazing, playing the complex masterpiece using only their feet to play every note.

At the beginning of the video, you can see two people standing in front of the huge floor keyboard before one of them jumps onto the instrument and plays the famous intro to ‘Phantom of the Opera.’

The piano stretches across the floor, while the duo takes turns hopping onto it to play the popular song.

It looks more like the two are at football practice, the way they quickly shuffle their feet across the long keyboard. You may recognize the floor piano from the movie ‘Big’ starring Tom Hanks, except he plays the legendary ‘Chopsticks’ in the award-winning film.

The musically inclined duo, both jump onto the floor keyboard and begin playing together before switching back to trading off solos. They don’t skip a beat, showcasing their musical gifts along with there athleticism.

Their timing is spot on, both doing an awesome job at complementing the other and staying on cue.

The crowd that has gathered can’t help but cheer, impressed by the unique duo’s ability to play with their feet. This is mesmerizing, every step they take brings about a new beautiful note from ‘Phantom of the Opera.’

Throughout the whole performance, nothing can break their focus, rapidly moving their feet to play the well known Bach piece for stunned onlookers. Toward the end of the show, both foot-pianists’ start unleashing a flurry of magical notes at the same time.

When they begin playing the end of the song together, it’s impossible not to be entranced by their difficult movements.

Both musicians jump onto the floor keyboard and start their grand finale, sparking a wave of excitement into the audience that has gathered. They use only their feet the entire time, except for at the end when they bend over using both hands and feet to play the last notes.
