Chinese medicine is one of the longest lasting traditional treatments around, and it can work miracles. Here are 14 pressure points that will get rid of those annoying aches and pains running through your body.

1. The Three Miles Point

5. The Big Rushing Point

11. The Sea of Vitality Point

These points fall along your waistline, a couple inches to either side of the spine. Relieving pressure here can help with stomach pain, abdominal pain, and indigestion. Press into each point, one at a time, and hold for one minute.

12. The Triple Heater 6 Point

This point sits 3 inches down your arm away from your wrist. Relieve pressure here to help reduce bloating. Press into the point on one arm for a minute, then the other. Repeat the process until you feel relief.

13. The Kunlun Mountains Point

This point rests between your ankle and Achilles tendon, and it can help with neck, shoulder, and back pain. Press into the point for one minute, and you should feel much better.

14. The Crooked Pond Point

Press into the point with your thumb, and stay there for a minute. Make sure to relieve pressure in both arms, and repeat if necessary.

Western medicine is certainly more popular in America than Chinese medicine is, but both have value. Sometimes it is easier to relieve stress in our bodies than to head to the doctor’s office and take tons of medication. If you want to try a little alternative healing, these pressure points are a great place to start.
